Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Stakeholder Management to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies to support our organization's goals and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder management plans aligned with organizational objectives

  • Identify, map, and prioritize key stakeholders across various projects and initiatives

  • Conduct regular stakeholder analysis to understand their interests, influence, and potential impact on the organization

  • Facilitate effective communication between the organization and its stakeholders, ensuring timely and appropriate information sharing

  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations to gather feedback and address concerns

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stakeholder insights into decision-making processes

  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement tools and databases

  • Monitor and report on stakeholder sentiment and engagement levels

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or conflicts related to stakeholder relationships

  • Contribute to the development of crisis communication strategies and plans

  • Stay informed about local business practices and cultural nuances in the UAE to ensure culturally sensitive stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder management or a similar role

  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and relationship building

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups

  • Proficiency in stakeholder mapping and analysis techniques

  • Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and negotiation

  • Strong project management skills and experience

  • Advanced presentation and public speaking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Understanding of corporate governance and sustainability practices

  • Knowledge of local business culture and practices in the UAE

  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable

  • Professional certification in stakeholder management (e.g., Certificate in Stakeholder Engagement) is preferred
