Job Description

AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has multiple openings for a Project Manager I to be based in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with our world class transportation group managing the scope, schedule, and budget of bridge replacement projects, under the direction of a senior level project manager.

  • Responsible for major and minor bridge replacement projects.

  • Projects are delivered using procedures typical to the Department of Transportation and local governments.

  • Manages, under the direction of Senior Manager, multiple bridge design project(s) including planning, directing, and supervising all aspects of the project financial results, client satisfaction, safety, and quality.

  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Develops strong client relationships, both internal and external to the project team, and enhances project Performance.

  • Organizes project assignments under mentorship and training of supervision of management staff.

  • May telecommute.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Constructions, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a civil engineering-related occupation.

Position requires:

  1. Office productivity software;

  2. PDF editing tools: Adobe, Bluebeam, or PDF-Xchange;

  3. Project management information system (PMIS): Procore, Primavera P6, and HCSS

  4. CADD experience: AutoCAD or Microstation;

  5. Development and review of construction cost estimates; project schedules (MS Project or Primavera P6); and

  6. Construction management, including review/processing of Contractor requests for information (RFIs), Submittals, payment applications, and change orders.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $61,068.80 - $114,420.80.
