Job Description

As a senior member of our CAD team, you'll actively participate in, and contribute to, all technical aspects of small to major industrial and power projects, utilising your high attention to detail to design, review and verify drawings.

What will a day in this role look like?

  • Working closely with engineers to obtain precise information about work scope for industrial and power projects such as geothermal plants, biogas in wastewater treatment and other related industries

  • Producing engineering design drawings for a range of clients in AutoCAD and Plant 3D

  • Assisting with bid preparation where required

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?

  • Minimum of 7 years’ mechanical/piping design experience

  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Plant 3D and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 is advantageous

  • Good knowledge of drawing practices

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Team player, organised and collaborative

  • Self-motivated, practical and enthusiastic to learn and progress career
