AECOM is seeking an SH&E Intern to be based in our Austin, TX office. This position also has the potential for the candidate to work in a remote location.
This position is expected to begin in May 2021.

About Corporate - General
As a member of the corporate team, you will work with professionals at our headquarters in Century City, California and in business offices around the world to advance AECOM’s global strategies and priorities. With positions around the globe, the Corporate team includes finance, legal, human resources, information technology, marketing and communications, and real estate functions.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Assist or create a range of communications, including for all employees as well as for Regional executives, using a variety of communications including social media (Yammer), emails, short video, presentation/slides, etc
Communications may include lessons learned, safety topics, or the results of incident investigations.
Develop a communications plan identifying weekly and monthly communications
Engage with Regional and Corporate Communications to grow skills and support as needed.
Bachelors degree in Communications or related field
Must have portfolio available to review
Experience with video and audio editing software
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Master’s Degree in Communications or related field
Experience in journalism, production, broadcasting, marketing, brand management
Experience with email or social media marketing and/or management
Excellent communications skills with demonstrated ability to communicate to various audiences
Self-Motivated, as remote/socially distanced work may be required
