AECOM India is seeking a qualified Resident Engineer (S&T) for RVNL PMC Budhni - Barkhera Project Project.
The responsibilities of this role are as follows –
Coordinate with other engineers and supporting staff during all stages of project work for conformance to standards and code requirements.
Develop and review cost estimates and projections.
Establishing and implementing the Project Plan.
Should be efficient to upkeep of all signalling gears of yard - single line central ,panel interlocking, MACL sigg. and station
Checking/Approval of ESP, SIP, S/T, PFD, Ckt diag & Completion drawings
Installation of Token display system & networking
Checking of Scheme Plans, Aspect sequence control charts
Table of Controls, Cable Core Plans, Track Bonding Plans, Location design Detailed Design and Source Updates for Mechanical Sigg (Locking Table & Locking Diagram) Electro Mechanical Sigg. Relay Interlocking system and Panel Interlocking System. Power Supply Distribution arrangements.
Station Working Rule & Rule Diagram of Stn. Equipped with SSI on Automatic Block Signalling.
Checking of Engineering Scale Plans-Track Plan
Checking of Building Plan of Station Buildings in respect of S & T Installation.
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy”

At least 10 years for Graduate Engineers or 15 years for Diploma Engineers
The candidate should have minimum of 5 years of experience in Supervisor Electrical.
Diploma in Electronics/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Degree in Electronics /Electrical /Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Degree/Diploma in Project Management/ Construction Management from a recognized institution or Fellow of Institution of Engineers/ Institution of Railway Signal & Telecommunication Engineers.
At least 3years experience in Gazetted Cadre of S&T department in Railways and/or as Manager and above in Signal & Telecommunication Engineering department in RVNL/RITES/IRCON OR equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/ MRVC/DFCCIL/ any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined. The person should also meet the hurdle criteria of having experience of at least three years in execution/ commissioning/ maintenance of Railway signaling works in any grade.
Minimum professional experience of 5 years as In-charge or one level below the In-charge of signaling works of Railways with Signaling Contractors for RRI/SSI/PI and/or as Expert (S&T)or equivalent or higher with Project Management Consultants for RRI/SSI/PI either individually or combined. The person must have successfully passed initial training course for apprentice JE(Signal)/ SE(Signal)/ Probationer (IRSSE) orequivalent course at IRISET/ Secunderabad OR Conversion/Integration course for Group ‘B’ Railway Officers at IRISET/Secunderabad OR should be a IRSE License holder.
