Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Architecture Designer III to join our Boston Architecture studio to work on challenging and rewarding projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Performing basic architectural calculations for spatial design and programming.
Preparing designs, drawings, renderings, presentations, specifications, reports, and related materials
Maintaining liaison with design and project management teams across the studio
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities
Coordinate technical and administrative activities with staff in other disciplines and departments participating in an assigned project
Assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design personnel
AECOM’s Buildings + Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building engineering, workplace strategy, business transformation, asset advisory, economics and development planning, master planning, urban planning, and landscape architecture. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Architecture
5 years of experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer on a variety of building types
Ability to become a licensed architect in the future
Experience with Adobe Suite , Autodesk Revit, Enscape, Rhino and SketchUp
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $90,000.00 - $125,000.00.
