Job Description

We are looking for passionate architects/ graphic designers who are driven, proactive and willing to work within a highly dynamic team. They need to hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture/ urban design/ interior design/ graphic design/ visual communications or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to receive and interpret design briefs , ensuring all materials align with AECOM’s brand guidelines.

  • Design and produce large-format documents, brochures, banners, posters, and social media graphics .

  • Develop business presentations in PowerPoint , ensuring clarity, professionalism, and visual appeal.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while maintaining high design standards.

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (mandatory).

  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing is an advantage.

  • Strong layout design skills with experience working on large documents.

  • Ability to create engaging marketing materials for both print and digital use.

  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with different departments.

  • A university degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus.
