Job Description
AECOM – Opportunities in Bridges & Structural Engineering
At AECOM, our Bridges business line is rapidly growing, driven by several recent high-profile project wins that complement our already world-class portfolio. We are seeking ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic Civil and Structural Engineering professionals who are passionate about delivering results and solving complex engineering challenges.
You will join a team that works across the entire project lifecycle—from concept to implementation—supporting clients at local, national, and international levels. Our engineers contribute to iconic infrastructure developments, using their technical, mathematical, and design skills to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

The Work You’ll Do Includes :
Structural Design & Analysis
Bridge Assessment
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Structural Inspections
Feasibility Studies for Renewals
On-site Supervision
Scheme Management
You’ll gain hands-on experience and increasing responsibility while contributing to high-impact projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
BEng or BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design and analysis
Preferred Qualifications :
MEng or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
Keen interest in a career in Bridge Structures
Working towards PE and/or P.Eng
Strong communication skills—verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Moveable Bridge Experience

Additional Information
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $60,000.00 - $95,000.00.
