Job Description
AECOM has a position available for a Club Ride Employer Account Manager in Las Vegas, NV. In this role the business outreach professional will conduct employer outreach and engagement efforts for the Regional Transportation Commission’s Club Ride program. The Club Ride Account Manager role is responsible for securing and maintaining partnerships with employers as a key strategy to engage the business community in the Club Ride program. This role focuses on providing outreach and consulting services direct to employers in Clark County with a robust process for prioritizing employer partners to direct staff resources and maximize outcomes.
The Account Manager provides consulting style services to employers guiding the development of worksite programs, such as preferential parking, EZ Rider, pre-tax benefits, on-site promotions, and hybrid/compressed schedules; these encourage greater participation in sustainable commutes and Club Ride programs. Account Managers work in a fast-paced team environment following a sales model with weekly performance metrics.
Club Ride works with the business community, regional stakeholders and residents to reduce traffic congestion and travel emissions in Southern Nevada. The program provides education, services and promotions that encourage the use of transit, active transportation, carpooling and vanpooling as a means to improve quality of live in the community.
AECOM is responsible for the comprehensive management of Club Ride. This includes an outreach team responsible for developing community relationships and maintaining a network of employer and community partners that implement commute options programs. It also includes the oversight of a multi-disciplinary team of subconsultants that fulfill regional marketing and communications along with specialized strategies to expand the program’s reach and impact.
The responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Provide one-on-one technical assistance to employer partners to promote transportation options and encourage change in travel behavior; assist employers and commuters with establishing new vanpools, carpools, and bike and pedestrian programs including providing regional ridematching, heightened promotion of Guaranteed Ride Home, Club Ride Rewards, and EZ Rider
Maintain an account list in accordance with the partner prioritization process to focus program resources on a pool of key partners, while still providing an overall level of service to employers and organizations seeking assistance across the county
Recommend and implement worksite services such as transit promotions; carpool and vanpool formation activities; commuter pre-tax benefits; various incentive programs and tactics designed to encourage mode shift away from drive-alone travel; flexible work arrangement programs (e.g., compressed work weeks, flex time); telework services; bicycling and walking programs; and other air quality and congestion mitigation programs – including those aimed at sustainable business practices and “green” operations
Document the status of current employer partners and activities and contacts in the Salesforce database; Where possible, maintain additional contacts at the decision-making level and within key departments (e.g., facilities, sustainability, HR)
Recruit new employer partners through networking, cold calling and community engagement
Assist with the execution of employer-focused engagement networking and recognition events (e.g., TC Networking, Star Awards, Chamber events)
Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, maintaining long-term relationships with Club Ride partners and stakeholders; providing TDM consulting services to the partners; maintaining a record of all activities and account details in Salesforce; developing plans for partners and account/ engagement growth; and collaborating with other Club Ride resources including bike/ped, operations and marketing
Recruit employer partners and stakeholders to participate in Club Ride and RTC promotions and events
Support worksite and partner events to engage commuters and register them for Club Ride programs
Report activities and partner progress through Salesforce, a monthly report, weekly status reports and other required deliverables
Attend local networking and public meetings
Conduct presentations for stakeholders, employers and commuters
Generate measurable results from employer or commuter participation in transportation-related incentive programs
Exceed monthly performance metrics
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Relevant experience should include one (1) or more of the following: transportation planning, client management, business development, sales, marketing, outreach or other relevant business experience
Previous and demonstrated experience using MS Office and Salesforce
Valid US Driver’s License is required for this position. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
The ability to lift and carry presentation equipment that may weigh up to 30 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or some college with equivalent related business experience
4+ years of client management, business development, sales, marketing, outreach or other relevant business experience
Additional Information
Frequent visits to project sites or prospective client locations are required for this role
Field office work will require reliable transportation
Preparation and Presentation on subject matter may be requested during Interview process

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $56,000.00 - $71,000.00.
