AECOM RPA Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Technician I/Deployment Pool in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Summary

Employee will be part of the Deployment Pool and will be required to support TDY deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. Employee must be able to support TDY deployments to other CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. Manages and maintains an Aircraft Scheduling and Documentation (ASD) maintenance and utilization program. Develops long range plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer requirements.

Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Maintains proficiency in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS), and other maintenance management database library programs. Maintains equipment records in library files. Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of various maintenance activities. Ensures accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.

USAF equivalent position is Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Apprentice. Position reports to the Supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities:

Supports the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Helps route materials to prescribed storage locations.

Maintains basic equipment records in database library files.

Assists in the collection, review, and filing of documented information for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities.

Helps ensure accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.

Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

Must have high school diploma, or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum

  • Minimum of one-to-three years actual and recent aircraft Plans & Scheduling experience required

  • Must possess basic planning and organizational skills

  • Must be able to work under deadlinesEmployee must meet all OCONUS Deployment criteria, to include Pre-deployment medical screening as a condition of employment

  • This is a non-traditional position that will support a flexible work schedule

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, and must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship upon hire

  • Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date

  • Must be able to gain/maintain the required DoD security clearance level commensurate with the assigned duties as a condition of continued employment

Preferred Qualifications

Current DoD Security Clearance

Associate’s degree in a relevant career field

Minimum of one years’ experience in operations of the USAF MIS, including CAMS and/or CEMS

RPA operations & deployment experience

Prior experience as a Defense Contractor

Prior experience in RPA Plans & Scheduling
