Job Description
In this Group Coordinator position, your primary role will be to provide group coordinator and administration support to the Group Director, leadership team and the wider Building + Places, which is one of many business lines across the wider AECOM business. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Organize and schedule meetings, set up equipment, manage agendas, and assist with presentations for conferences and internal meetings.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings and events, serving as the primary coordinator for all B&P internal and client events, including catering requirements.
Manage expenses and invoices, assist with project cost planning, and provide weekly debtors reporting.
Support business reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as project reporting.
Assist with project setup in Workbench and manage project cost planner setup and weekly updates.
Arrange travel and accommodation for the B&P leadership team as needed, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency; effective problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates passion, energy, and drive.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
