Job Description

AECOMis currently seeking an Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer ( ORAT) Lead to join our team. This role is based on-site, out of Mississauga .

We are seekingtalented professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Engages stakeholder sand establishes their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.

  • Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Identified dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.

  • Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.

  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:

  • A University Degree in a relevant field of study plus 8 (eight) years of experience managing / leading large and complex program(s) analyzing and producing solutions to ORAT challenges.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a management position.

  • Understanding of the aviation industry and holistic airport operations.

  • ORAT experience in large airport projects exceeding CAD $500M.

  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing management-level reporting to enable effective decision-making.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Information

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $122,000.00 - $200,000.00.
