Job Description
AECOM is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator - OACETT for our team to be based in either our Markham, or Mississauga, ON offices .
This is a full time role expected to begin as soon as possible.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFI's and change orders.
Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in civil engineering + 4 years experience in highway construction administration OR Technical Diploma + 6 years of relevant experience
Minimum 4 years of related Contract Administrator experience on Municipal or Ministry of Transportation projects.
OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideally 10+ years of relevant experience.
Familiar with CMS
Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $45.00/hour - $70.00/hour.
