Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Field Construction Engineer III at the Murray, UT office.
Under general supervision, performs routine duties.
Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.
Displays applications of sound professional judgment on details of work.
Independently performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design.
Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting.
May provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
BA/BS+ 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency or experience and/or education.
A valid drivers license is required.
The ability to pick up at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
Preferred Experience:
5 years of Field Construction Engineer Experience.
SRDTT Concrete Testing Certification.
Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Prior UDOT inspection experience.
Prior inspection experience working with a municipal or state agency.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $72,329.65 - $133,809.85.
