Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking a motivated, highly talented CIM Manager for immediate employment. This is a remote position that can work from anywhere in the United States.

The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in Civil Information Modeling specific to leading projects, production of civil infrastructure models, structuring asset information, current digital delivery methods, and interoperability with vertical, aviation, water, rail, bridge design and client-based presentations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • In this position, you will be responsible for guiding project teams in the use of CIM as an enabling technology for advanced digital delivery, and for validating digital progress at key milestones throughout the project.

  • Identify technology innovations with potential to positively affect project outcomes.

  • Support the project process, train project participants, and participate on project teams using CIM.

  • Provide coordination, guidance and direction around common data environments, including processes that promote singular reference workflows and interoperability.

  • Work closely with Digital Practice & Technology BIM Directors on business development, internal standards and implementation of digital transformation.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years of relevant CIM experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • Due to nature of work involved, US Citizenship is required

  • Travel as needed for project or client requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Civil Engineering or Construction industry implementing and leading Civil Information Modeling (CIM) technology in the design and delivery of a variety of site and infrastructure types, and in supporting and training staff on the process.

  • Experience with Civil 3D, Infraworks, ArcGIS, Navisworks, Plant 3D, Revit, OpenRoads, MicroStation, TopoDOT, Common Data Environments (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, other similar tools)

  • Experience in LiDAR & Point Clouds, Field Survey, Dynamo, Python, IFC, Power BI

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $110,000.00 - $140,000.00.
