Participate in preparation and review of HVAC related reports, drawings and documentation;
Perform project management and consultation;
Participate in planning project schedule;
Coordinate with municipal infrastructure works, liaise with local authorities for project registration and consultation; and
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
Solid knowledge of the subject areas, prior experience with project design is an advantage;
Familiar with CAD and Microsoft Office;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese; and
Responsible, detail-minded with ability to work well in team.
