Job Description
Help on preparing bids materials
Perform client database input and update
Perform project information input and update in BDS VISION
Collect, translate and produce project sheets with marketing team;
Update and Translate designers’ resume with marketing team;
Assistance on regional and office events.
Prepare project proposals and contracts to Client
Follow up the projects progress
BD work process analysis (Market Survey & Analyze Report)
Other tasks assigned by local office Business Development Manager or Managing Director.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, business administration, marketing or related fields.
2+ years prior relevant marketing experience. Prior experience working in an A/E/C firm or professional services firm preferred.
Fluent in English written and communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Up-to-date familiarity with a variety of word processing and spreadsheet
Excellent organization and communication skill.
Familiarity with Excel, Word and PPT, etc.
Strong layout and design ability is preferred.
