Job Description
Join our team as an Accountant specializing in Payroll, where you'll play a crucial role in managing payroll operations for a diverse workforce of over 4000 employees in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Handling various components such as payroll execution, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, and gratuity calculations, while addressing employee inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate on billing procedures to maintain consistent cash flow within the organization.
Work closely with the Human Resources team to guarantee data accuracy and seamless integration between payroll and HR systems.
To prepare cash flow forecasts and accruals related to payroll.
Provide support for annual payroll projects, such as managing backpay for Master Pay Scales and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the filing of Employer's Returns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Human Resources or related discipline.
Min. 2-3 years of experience in payroll operation, preferably with experience in gratuity calculation.
Familiarity with the Government Master Pay Scale will be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills.
