Job Description

As Knowledge Management Coordinator, you will support the organization, collection, and maintenance of marketing-related content libraries, including system data updates for resumes, projects, or company information.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to collect and confirm information.

  • Maintain high levels of customer service, providing superior interactions and experiences to our technical and functional stakeholders

  • Make updates to data and documents during periodic auditing and data cleansing efforts.

  • Process edits and make content changes using standard procedures or formats to ensure accuracy and data quality

  • Assist with searches and locating information to support proposal requests (RFP/Q), pre-qualifications, questionnaires, or data on people and project information.

  • Monitor and respond to mailbox inquiries.

  • Support wider systems maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Open for Fresh Graduates. Looking for 0 to 2 years of work experience.

  • Open for Hybrid Setup (AECOM'S Freedom to Grow Initiative)

  • Open to work on an early morning shift schedule to support our ANZ region.

  • Degree in English, Writing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in editing or basic copywriting is a plus.

  • Experience with knowledge, content management systems, and CRMs a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of SharePoint or similar Content Management Systems, working with lists, version control, uploads, etc.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, able to follow workflows and procedures.

  • Time management, ability to balance and prioritize requests to meet deadlines.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas and pivot tables.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and use of styles and templates

  • Proficiency with web-based tools and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams

  • Highly collaborative, adaptable and open to learning, ability to thrive in a team environment.
