Job Description

  • Develop and generate master program schedule for various project types with input from project managers, construction managers, designers, client & other stakeholders including identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints.

  • Provide updates to the program schedules and contribute to reporting requirements.

  • Review ,monitor and maintain program schedules on monthly basis with input from other entities including, designers, contractors, etc.

  • Manage, structure, and transform data, primarily focusing on Excel data and leveraging Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand their data needs and translating complex data into actionable insights

  • Provide detailed schedule analysis of time impacts, time extensions, and reporting.

  • .Review and analyse Baselines and monthly schedule updates using the critical path method and Earned Value analysis in Primavera P6 or other suitable software.

  • Identify schedule issues, opportunities and corrective actions to mitigate potential delays to projects

  • Monitors and actively participates in administering best practices and standards

  • Obtains accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC on information received

  • Creates and develops conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complex multi-year projects

  • Performs scope review, work breakdown structure (WBS) definition, activity decomposition and estimating, work package development, resource allocation, scheduling, earned value forecasting and status reports

  • Present work at project controls meetings on weekly/monthly basis and drive project controls engagement with stakeholders.

  • Interfaces between multiple integrated project teams and various departments in the organization or PMO office to coordinate the planning and scheduling responsibility for several projects simultaneously

  • Ensures assigned projects are well-organized and develops reports schedule and risk status to executive level audiences

  • Knowledgeable of scope control and change management and has demonstrated ability to incorporate directed changes into schedule baseline. Knowledgeable in earned value methodology.

  • Familiar with basic cost analysis and forecasting as it relates to planning and scheduling.
