Job Description
AECOM is hiring a CEI Project Administrator to support various transportation design-build projects throughout theTallahassee, Floridaarea.
Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems related to transportation engineering and construction projects
Directing and assigning specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assisting in all phases of the construction project
Progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration
Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems

Under limited supervision, conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria
Works on projects of substantial complexity
May assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain endorsement in the State of Florida within six months of Project NTP if registered in another state
Due to the nature of the projects associated with this position a valid US citizenship is required
Preferred Requirements:
FDOT Advanced MOT
CTQP Final Estimates Level II
CTQP Quality Control Manager

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $110,004.00 - $203,508.00.
