AECOM Marketing Graphics Intern in Tampa, Florida

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an intern to support our marketing team. The position is based in Tampa, FL, and will work with our marketing team supporting our central region practice. Core responsibilities for this role include collateral and content development, document layout, graphics, presentation support and updates to databases and SharePoint sites. Our ideal candidate has been an intern in a design-related capacity previously.

Our Buildings + Places business line focuses on design excellence through workplace strategy, architecture, interiors, economics and development planning, master planning, urban planning, building engineering, and landscape architecture.

  • Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.

  • Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study

  • Intern 1 – completion of first year of qualified study

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Works with a variety of technical and marketing staff

  • Participates in the maintenance of marketing information, such as project sheets and credentials

  • Undertakes special projects, such as award submittals, as assigned

  • Supports senior marketing leads

  • Works under general supervision and collaboration with the marketing leader and teams.

Minimum Requirements

AA/AS (US) + None or Diploma/Certification (Canada) + None

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design or related field

  • Good knowledge of Adobe products

  • MS Office knowledge/experience
